Position Overview: We're expanding our team in North Richland Hills and seeking reliable pet lovers for as-needed pet sitting assignments. This is supplemental income with no guaranteed minimum hours - perfect for those seeking flexible extra income while caring for animals.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: You must be available for ALL THREE daily time periods:

  • Mornings (6:30-9 AM window)
  • Middays (11 AM-2 PM window)
  • Evenings (5-8 PM window)

Pets need consistency, so we're looking for caregivers who can accommodate various schedules throughout the day. You won't work every day, but when assignments come up, they may require 1-3 visits at different times.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide 25-30 minute pet care visits (dog walks, feeding, playtime, litter boxes)
  • Care for various pets within 5 miles of your home
  • Work within flexible 2-hour windows for each visit
  • Build relationships with regular neighborhood clients
  • Follow specific care instructions for each pet

Requirements:

  • Must live in or near North Richland Hills
  • Available 7 days a week for all three time periods (when needed)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Cell phone for communication
  • Genuine love for animals
  • 18 years or older
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable with dogs, cats, and other pets

Compensation:

  • Starting: $11 per visit
  • 6 months: $12 per visit
  • 1+ year: $12.50 per visit
  • Holiday bonus: +$10 per visit
  • Multiple pets: +$1 per pet (over 2)
  • Mileage over 5 miles: +$1/mile
  • Paid training visits and key pickups
