About The Credit Assistant Manager Role
Join Our Dynamic Banking Team and Lead with Excellence
The Loan Servicing Assistant manager is responsible to directly manage and supervise the Loan Servicing Department by answering questions and assisting with researching of open or outstanding items as needed. The Loan Servicing Assistant Manager ensures that all Bank loans are properly entered, updated, and maintenance both electronically and in paper format. Ensuring that compliance regulations relating to loan servicing are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Creates daily, weekly and monthly reports related to the Loan Servicing Department.
- Responsible for all Loan Servicing Department activities and directly supervises staff.
- Provides support to loan operations.
- Commercial loan booking and servicing.
- Correspond with customers, attorneys, insurance agencies and Bank personnel in regard to residential and commercial credit concerns.

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Programs; Excel and Word.
Access to reliable transportation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
- Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree.
- Previous banking or financial services experience
- Familiarity with residential mortgages, IRA services, and personal banking products
Schedule
Full-time Position With Hours Aligned To Department Operations
- Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
