Nico & Vali in Plymouth, MI is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our 27 person strong team. We are located on 744 Wing Street. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Prior upscale dining withg alcohol service is a must. For those without experience we are also hiring for food runners and offer server training.
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Responsibilities
- Presenting the menu and helping customers select food by having full knowledge of menu items and preparation
- Upselling at every step of the service
- Delivering a great customer experience by representing our restaurant in the most positive light and engaging appropriately with our guests.
- Maintaining a clean work environment
Qualifications
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience as a Server in a full service restaurant that serves alcohol is required.
- Must have ability to work an occasional weeekend lunch shift and must be able to work on Sunday as needed
