Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Initiation:
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies, to ensure project feasibility and success.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges or obstacles.
Team Leadership and Coordination:
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear direction and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Budget and Cost Management:
Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenditures, and forecasting costs to ensure adherence to financial targets.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets specified standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with project specifications and address any deviations or deficiencies promptly.
Ensure adherence to all applicable building codes, permits, and regulations throughout the construction process.
Client Communication and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and milestones.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed client expectations and maintain positive relationships.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
