What You'll Do

Community Growth first, always.

  • Confidently sell memberships, class packs, and special promotions
  • Hit sales goals like you mean it and celebrate the wins
  • Convert first-timers into loyal community members through enthusiasm and education

Clean like you care (because you do).

  • Keep the studio spotless, stocked, and sweat-ready at all times
  • Maintain high cleanliness standards for practice rooms, locker rooms, bathrooms, lobby + retail
  • Reset fast between classes

Connect like it matters (because it does).

  • Learn names, celebrate milestones, and make people feel seen
  • Build relationships that keep students coming back
  • Be the vibe — welcoming, grounded, and uplifting in every interaction
