Facilities Technician Lead – Keep Our Spaces Running Smoothly

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for maintenance and repair? Join our team as a Facilities Technician Lead and play a vital role in keeping our facilities safe, efficient, and running smoothly

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the go-to expert for repairs, maintenance, and facility upkeep
  • Handle HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and more – no two days are the same
  • Respond to maintenance requests quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct routine inspections of building systems (lighting, security, fire safety)
  • Oversee vendor repairs and facility improvement projects
  • Work with the Health & Safety Team to ensure top-notch environmental standards

What You Bring:

  • Technical training or certification in facility maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, or a related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Valid Driver's License (travel between locations required)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work on-call shifts, and respond to emergencies
