Automotive Cashier and Receptionist

Job requirement: Police background check is required
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with professionalism and courtesy
- Process customer payments for services, and vehicle releases accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions while maintaining accurate records
- Answer incoming calls, and route calls to the appropriate department
- Balance the cash drawer and prepare daily deposit reports
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other office support duties
- Familiar with Microsoft office
- Tech savvy
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Qualifications:
- Previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
- Proficiency with computers and basic office equipment
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
- High school degree
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
