Position Overview
We're seeking a proactive HR/Office Manager to manage office operations, human resources functions, and caregiver scheduling. This multifaceted role ensures smooth administrative processes and consistent, quality care delivery.
What You'll Do:
HR & Recruiting
- Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
- Administer background checks and ensure employee compliance
- Maintain employee files and HRIS records with confidentiality
- Manage benefits administration, PTO tracking, and HR policy updates
- Coordinate training, performance reviews, and in‑service education
- Serve as HR point‑person for employee relations and conflict resolution
Office & Administrative Management
- Maintain an efficient, organized office environment
- Order and manage office and caregiver supplies
- Ensure accurate documentation for state licensing and audits
Caregiver Scheduling & Coordination
- Build and maintain weekly caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage
- Adjust schedules in response to absences, emergencies, or client needs
- Match caregiver skills and availability with client requirements
- Monitor clock‑in/out compliance and assist payroll with timekeeping data
- Communicate schedule changes proactively to caregivers and clients
Compensation & Benefits
- $45,000–$55,000 / year, based on experience. Comp includes salary and bonus plan.

Qualifications
- 3+ years combined experience in HR and office administration (healthcare/home care preferred)
- Proficient in caregiver scheduling software (e.g. AxisCare, ClearCare, alike)
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Working knowledge of employment law, benefits, and record-keeping
- High level of integrity, discretion, and client/caregiver focus
