Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient distribution processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and expertise in inventory management and logistics. This role is vital in maintaining a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment, supporting both e-commerce and 3PL operations. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall warehouse performance.

Job duties / Responsibilities:

  • Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work under pressure. Be detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory management, including receiving, shipping, returns, and inventory control. Lead the team by example in tasks such as picking, packing, inspecting, and shipping orders.
  • Experienced in scheduling and coordinating LTL/FTL freight, UPS, FedEx, etc. Familiarity with export/import processes and related documentation is required.
  • Manage warehouse staff and work, ensure proper adherence to inventory management systems, company policies, and procedures. You must have strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software (required).
  • Skilled in operating warehouse vehicles such as forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers; valid certification is a plus. Must be fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (read/write/speak), with Spanish communication skills considered an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to lift items weighing up to 50 lbs. Capable of fostering team cohesion and collaboration.

Requirements:

At least 2 years' warehouse management experience (Required)

Bilingual in English and Chinese; Chinese proficiency a plus

U.S work authorization required

The company will provide basic ERP software training.

Job type: Full time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Location: Chino, CA, in person

Pay range: starts at $50,000 or higher (DOE).
