Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client concerns and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized area of operation to promote a professional environment.
  • Taking inventory of the business materials.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • OLCC permit or ability to acquire one.
