Contract to Hire / Fulltime
Hourly: $60 -70 hourly**

Overview
We're hiring an ML
/ AI Ops Engineer
with
5+ years of experience
in cloud infrastructure, Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning systems, and third-party integrations. This role focuses on maintaining operational reliability, optimizing AI agent performance, and ensuring compliance with data security standards.

Must Haves / Mandatory

  • Experience with Azure or Google Cloud
  • Proficiency in C# or Python
  • Integration experience with third-party APIs (e.g., Twilio, OpenAI, VAPI)
  • Familiarity with LLMs and Voice AI
  • Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security protocols

Nice to Have / Preferred

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (Workato, Make, n8n)
  • Exposure to agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing tools

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in cloud platforms (Azure or Google Cloud) and scalable infrastructure
  • Proven ability to integrate and troubleshoot third-party APIs and services
  • Hands-on experience with AI / ML systems, including LLMs and Voice AI
  • Proficiency in C# or Python with a focus on fault-tolerant system design
  • Ability to produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation and collaborate cross-functionally

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize integrations with services like Twilio, OpenAI, Azure AKS, and Google Workspace
  • Monitor AI system health, triage incidents, and implement fault-tolerant solutions
  • Collaborate with development teams to refine generative prompts and improve AI agent outputs
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and internal data security policies
  • Provide on-call support and document systems, integrations, and operational procedures
