Experience, Education & Certifications
What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 4–6 years in systems analysis or technical projects.
- Experience with managing small-mid scale IT projects.
- Familiarity with system development lifecycles particularly agile methodologies.
- Experience with system testing.
- Financial services or mutual fund experience is preferred.
- User Research experience a plus
- Understanding of User Experience & Product Design a plus
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of blockchain, tokenized funds, and digital assets is a plus.
- Understanding of desktop, web, client/server, and mainframe systems.
- Awareness of industry standards and platform architecture.
- Experience with SQL queries is a plus.
