Three M Tool is looking for a Part Time Bookkeeper, where you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our financial operations. What you'll do

  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software (Epicor ERP).
  • Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries and account reconciliation.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Prepare financial reports that provide insights into the organization's performance, adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Assist with payroll processing and tax-related tasks to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Support budgeting activities by analyzing financial data and providing recommendations for cost control.
  • Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Experience

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, demonstrating strong knowledge of financial concepts.
  • Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping principles and account analysis techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for budget preparation and financial report writing.
