We are currently seeking a dynamic Leader to join our team as an Area Manager. In this role you will take charge of maintaining the physical environment of an account, training of new employees, and following up on inspections to insure the utmost customer satisfaction and the consistent delivery of top-quality services.

$25an hour starting depending on commercial cleaning experience.

Must have valid Driver's license and be able to meet the insurance requirements, will be driving a company vehicle

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday 4pm-12:30am
  • Rotating weekends

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Janitorial experience
  • Supervisory experience
  • Time management skills and able to work independently

Responsibilities:

  • Review with operations team activities, requests or complaints.
  • On Site Inspections
  • Distribute keys to workers and maintain control of key program.
  • Inspect areas of service completed by general cleaners.
  • Assist in handling emergencies or problems that require immediate attention.
  • Report any maintenance concerns directly to client.
  • Ensure safety and security at site.
  • Train employees in task duties.
  • Make sure accounts are within budget.
  • Police areas after nightly cleaning follow with cleaners.
  • Check inventory supplies and report shortages for replacement.
  • Fill in for absent workers if necessary.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
