is hiring a
Junior Financial Analyst
to join its growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with
general ledger or public accounting experience
who are looking to transition into a more analytical, forward-looking finance role.

This position supports multiple operating divisions and offers meaningful exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis, while maintaining a solid accounting foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own financial performance for a designated sub-sector of the business
  • Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes
  • Support month-end close, journal entries, and variance analysis
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, trend analysis, and commentary
  • Partner with operational leaders to provide financial guidance and insights
  • Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
  • Identify and implement process improvements across finance reporting

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1–3+ years of experience
    in accounting, finance, or public accounting
  • Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statements, posting journal entries and close processes
  • Exposure to or strong interest in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience supporting multiple cost centers in a service-based environment preferred
  • Strong Excel skills; SAP experience a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
