Includes presenting project scope and instructions to the team, ensuring all questions are answered, team output is received on time, and that the team is producing high-quality work.

- Contribute to the VIATechnik culture of professional development and knowledge sharing by participating in and leading training efforts.
- Serve as the people manager for VIATechnik employees from entry to manager levels as assigned. Includes supporting career development, feedback, training, and project execution success for all direct reports.
What's in it for you:

- Growth: you will gain exposure to complex, multi-trade environments, develop strategic client leadership skills, and contribute directly to the evolution of VIATechnik's national VDC practice. The role offers advancement into higher-level operational and strategic leadership positions.
- Motivators: you will operate in an innovative, technology-forward culture that values autonomy, creativity, and measurable results. Every project you lead will have a visible impact on both client success and the advancement of digital construction practices across the industry.
