AJ's Heavenly Pizza is looking for additions to kitchen staff

Schedule Availability:

• Weekend availability
• Day shift
• 4-8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
• Evening shift

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Package and check orders for accuracy in a timely manner
• Work with other team members in a respectful manner
• Prepare food orders
• Take food orders over the phone in a professional and friendly manner
• Collect payments
• Dishwashing and cleaning

Requirements

• This position is for the Tiffin Store Location
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to keep work stations clean
• Friday / Saturday availability
• 18 Years of age or older
• Lifting up to 30lbs

Additional Pre-Qualifications

• Cash drawer experience
• Some knowledge of Tiffin's streets for setting up delivery runs
• A desire to learn and keep the store running smoothly and good communication will get you far in this position
• Knowledge of basic food safety
• Willingness to occasionally pick up an additional shift, or stay past scheduled hours in cases of short staffing or unexpected high business.

Scheduling and Availability

• Full time employees can expect to work 30-40 hours per week. We do not mandate overtime.
• Our business hours are 11am - 9pm Monday through Saturday
• We are closed on Sundays, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
• We offer schedule flexibility and are able to work around your schedule, however, we do require you to be available for a Friday or Saturday shift.
• We offer on-call scheduling options and the ability to switch shifts with other employees

Management Opportunities Available:

• Opportunities available to become Shift Manager and/or Manager
• Managers responsible for upholding standards and policies
• Managing workflow and delegating tasks
• Managers are expected to close minimum of two days per week, including one Friday or Saturday
• Additional Benefits available for management can include: up to $20 per hr., insurance reimbursement, sick time, vacation, gym membership.
