Responsibilities

  • A customer service representative (CSR) acts as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about product or services through various channels like phone, email, or chat.
  • Key duties include answering questions, processing orders, managing complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Highly motivated individual with GREAT people skills
  • Punctual and responsible individual who will assist in development of customer market focused product information that is in line with the company's marketing strategy for its brand
  • Cashiering Transactions/Collecting Revenues )
  • This position is OUTSIDE
  • Days - Saturday/Sundays
  • 16hrs per week

Qualifications

  • High School diploma/college graduate (student)/GED
