Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves managing project teams, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and construction management software.
  • Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and contracts to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project flow.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Oversee site activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.
  • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
  • Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Contractor Foreman, Civil 3D, HeavyBid for project management and documentation purposes.
  • Track project progress against milestones; adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality and resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Skills

  • Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Contractor Foreman, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating, project scheduling, and contract administration.
  • Experience with construction site management and coordination of multiple teams.
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on time management and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and legal considerations in construction projects.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on safety compliance and quality assurance.
  • Prior experience in construction projects is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62, $83,200.00 per year
