Cell link solutions based in Phoenix, Arizona is a business consulting firm and is looking for our next Customer Account Representative to help us generate revenue and manage customer accounts for our client AT&T. Imagine you are walking in a local business and they are confused about their current internet speeds. You listen, explain options clearly, and leave the business owner and customer smiling with the right VOIP and internet package from AT&T's deals. If you like helping people and making them smile in an instant, you have the qualities of a Customer Account Representative

As a Customer Account Representative, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice for customers and businesses exploring AT&T's wireless, internet, and VOIP options. You'll support sales reps, handle customer inquiries, and help convert interest into purchases. It's also a commission-based role, so your ability to connect with people and deliver results will define your success.

Main Functions Of The Customer Account Representative:

  • Greet and assist customers in-person and via phone to discuss service options.
  • Present and sell appropriate service bundles based on customer needs.
  • Process sales transactions and schedule installations or follow-ups.
  • Answer product questions and troubleshoot basic service concerns.
  • Support field sales reps by qualifying leads and preparing proposals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM entries.
  • Coordinate with operations to confirm activation timelines and service delivery.
  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to weekly sales goals.

Key Qualifications Of The Customer Account Representative::

  • Customer-service oriented with excellent verbal communication.
  • 6 months to 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and CRM entry.
  • Ability to explain technical products in plain language.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn AT&T product lines.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
