EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Regular, Full-time/Part-Time

WORK HOURS: 15-40 hours per week. Days, Evenings, Weekends & schedules vary.

PAY RANGE: $16.25-$20.75 Per Hour including Tips

As a Shift Leader, you'll be the go-to leader during your shift — making sure the food, service, and atmosphere are always on point. You'll:

• Lead by example and motivate your crew to bring their best every shift
• Ensure top-notch food quality, safety, and shop cleanliness
• Keep the vibe alive — make the shop welcoming, upbeat, and fun
• Handle cash, deposits, and shift paperwork accurately
• Oversee breaks, checklists, and staff productivity
• Communicate with store leadership about important shift details
• Support bar staff and kitchen staff to keep things running smoothly

• At least 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (fast casual or quick service preferred)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team in a high-energy environment
• Food handler's card and responsible alcohol service training (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work occasional 10-hour shifts

• Responsible alcohol service training
• Food safety/handling training (as required by state)

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Ability to work well under physically and mentally stressful situations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to have reliable transportation
• Access to a smartphone
• Stamina to work a 10-hour shift
• Ability to stand for up to 10 hours per day
• Ability to bend, reach, and maneuver in tight workspaces)
• Ability to handle a variety of foods including meat, cheese, bread, sauces, and vegetables
• Consistent access to a working smartphone
• Overtime may be required
