About us

5th Dimension VR is a top-rated virtual reality arcade known for delivering exciting, immersive experiences for guests of all ages.

We're looking for outgoing, detail-oriented, and dependable team members who enjoy interacting with people—especially kids—and helping create memorable experiences.

No VR background needed — we provide paid training. Comfort with computers and basic troubleshooting is a plus.

Position: Part-Time VR Arcade Associate (Weekend Availability Required)Schedule

This is primarily a weekend role: Saturday & Sunday, averaging 8–10 hours per week.

Occasional weekday hours may be available based on bookings but are not guaranteed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience

  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, patient assistance throughout their visit

  • Guide players through headset setup, game selection, and in-game support
  • Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and provide attentive customer service for both kids and adults
  • Anticipate guest needs to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience

Operations & Bookings

  • Handle check-ins, create booking, assist with waivers, and process payments
  • Answer questions about packages, policies, and how everything works

Events & Tournaments

  • Serve as tournament master during special events, helping organize groups, lead gameplay, track scores, and maintain structure

Technical Support

  • Perform basic troubleshooting for VR headsets and equipment (training provided)

Facility Care

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Includes sanitizing equipment, vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, bathroom upkeep, and preparing party rooms

Additional Contributions

  • Support social media content creation as needed
  • Other duties may be assigned

Job Type: Part-time
