What You'll Do
- Execute dishes consistently across assigned stations during lunch and dinner service - Maintain mise en place standards that support speed, accuracy, and readiness - Work collaboratively across the line to ensure smooth, well-paced service - Uphold grove's standards for seasoning, texture, temperature, and presentation - Keep your station clean, organized, and service-ready at all times - Support the chef team with prep, setup, and breakdown as needed
