About the Role

Our client is hiring a
Senior Product Manager, Growth
to own the product-led motion that takes users from first interaction to early habit and long-term value.

This role sits at the intersection of
product, data, marketing, and revenue
. You will be responsible for defining growth strategy, running a rigorous experimentation program, and shipping features that drive acquisition, activation, and early retention for sophisticated B2B users.

You'll work closely with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality experiences, while partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure strong conversion from trial to paid usage.

What You'll Do

Own the Growth Funnel

  • Lead acquisition, onboarding, and activation experiences for mid-market and enterprise users
  • Map and optimize the end-to-end journey from first touch through early retention
  • Reduce time-to-value and clearly connect product usage to business outcomes

Build & Execute the Growth Roadmap

  • Define and execute a product-led growth roadmap balancing fast experiments with scalable bets
  • Prioritize work using data, impact, and revenue alignment
  • Translate insights into shipped features that drive repeatable growth loops

Run Experiments End-to-End

  • Design, launch, and measure experiments across onboarding flows, packaging, templates, prompts, in-product education, and lifecycle messaging
  • Create viral or shareable mechanics (e.g., reports, scorecards, diagnostics, templates) that drive organic adoption
  • Establish clear success metrics and learning loops

Partner Cross-Functionally

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to scope, ship, and iterate quickly
  • Work with Marketing on self-serve acquisition and search-friendly experiences
  • Align with Sales and Customer Success on trial-to-paid motion, PQL definitions, and sales-assisted conversion moments

What You'll Bring

Experience & Seniority

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in
    high-growth startup environments
  • At least 2 years focused on
    Growth or Product-Led Growth (PLG)
  • Proven track record of designing, launching, and measuring growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, landing pages, extensions, reports, or product loops
  • Experience working on
    MarTech, AdTech, or content-driven platforms

Product & Analytics Strength

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze funnels, interpret metrics, and prioritize using data
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Comfort working with SQL and product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, PostHog, Metabase)

Technical & Execution Skills

  • Fluency with modern prototyping and build tools (e.g., Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code)
  • Comfortable collaborating in environments using Figma, Git, and modern dev workflows
  • Ability to partner deeply with engineers while maintaining a strong product point of view

Soft Skills

  • Thrives in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
  • Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
  • Clear, concise communicator who can influence stakeholders with both data and narrative
  • Curious, pragmatic, and comfortable learning new domains quickly

Nice to Have

  • Background in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • Experience working on AI-enabled or data-heavy products
  • Prior exposure to enterprise or mid-market B2B buyers
