About the Customer Service Representative - Urgent Care Role:  

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team As the first point of contact for clients and patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience. 

Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM

Compensation

  • Starting at $18.00

What You'll Do  

  • Providing a warm and friendly first impression to all clients and patients.
  • Communicating with clients and the medical team in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner.
  • Answering phones, managing client inquiries, and scheduling app ointments effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and updating client information.
  • Assisting with patient admits and discharges, as well as payment processing.
  • Supporting the cleanliness and organization of the hospital, including the front desk and lobby areas.
  • Multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow and excellent care.

Requirements
