Job Responsibilities:

  1. EDI Integration & Support

  2. Design, configure, and maintain SAP EDI interfaces for 3PL partners.

  3. Manage inbound and outbound EDI transactions (e.g., 940,943, 945, 947, 846, 856, 810, 850, 204, 214, 888).

  4. Ensure compliance with ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and other EDI standards.

  5. SAP Functional Expertise

  6. Strong knowledge of SAP modules related to logistics and supply chain:

  7. Configure IDocs and monitor EDI message flows in SAP.

  8. 3PL Integration

  9. Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to implement and troubleshoot EDI connections.

  10. Ensure accurate and timely data exchange for shipping, inventory, and invoicing.

  11. Monitoring & Troubleshooting

  12. Monitor EDI queues and resolve failed transactions.

  13. Perform root cause analysis for integration issues and implement corrective actions.

  14. Documentation & Compliance

  15. Maintain mapping documents and integration specifications.

  16. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for data security and integrity.

Technical Skills

  • SAP IDoc processing (creation, modification, troubleshooting).

  • EDI standards: ANSI X12, EDIFACT.

  • Middleware experience: SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other integration tools such as Biztalk.

  • Basic ABAP debugging (optional but preferred).
