The Admissions Representative plays a key role in helping prospective students take their first step toward a new professional future. This position requires an experienced and motivated individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment, excels in communication, and truly believes in the life-changing power of education.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person, phone, and online interviews with prospective students.
  • Present academic programs, institutional values, and career outcomes clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up consistently with applicants.
  • Guide students through the admissions process with empathy, motivation, and integrity.
  • Collaborate closely with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic Departments.
  • Meet monthly enrollment goals while maintaining compliance with institutional and accreditor standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable experience in Admissions or Enrollment at a vocational school, career college, or higher education institution, or experience in customer service.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding enrollment goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English/Spanish bilingual preferred).
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Full-time availability, on campus, in a fast-paced environment.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to student success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35, $41,600.00 per year
