Filtration Product Specialist

FLS enables our customers to produce the materials needed for a better future.Job scopeThe Central Asia & India Aftermarket Filtration Specialist will be responsible for filtration aftermarket product management, technical support and sales. They will identify business opportunities, generate leads and foster client relationship to meet or exceed sales goals, support installation assistance as well as inspection and measurements on site, including wear and maintenance reports in collaboration with the service team. Ensure customer support, troubleshooting and participate in customer seminars and presentations. Travel within the specific region to drive the growth and offer technical expertise for filtration equipment.Your responsibilitiesManage the customers and their product needs throughout the life cycleAssessing customer needs and recommend most suitable products/solutionsIdentify and develop new business in the region, develop growth strategies and submit regular sales plans and forecastsProvides feedback into the business regarding customer needs and market intelligenceMonitor industry for updates and changes in the product landscapeBe able to perform health checks on customers sites, review data and present feedbackWork closely with product line, engineering and sales teams across FLS.Support development of specific marketing documentsAbility to support proposals department on complex solutions.Service and audits - Review operation and process in new and existing installationsIdentify and interpret the client's technical requirements based on mine visitsProviding technical support and engineering management in the requirements specification, design and engineering, manufacture, installation, tracking and monitoring of the performance of consumablesProvide technical support for the correct installation and operation of consumablesSupport new product development and R&D projects in the regionWhat you bringMinimum 15 years of experience within the mining/industrial industry, particularly with metallurgy, maintenance, in processing/wash plant, filtration or separations.Relevant, direct experience with filtration technologies.Good communication skills, written and spoken. English skills highly valued for wider organisational communication.Deep product and competitors' knowledge to develop effective sales strategies and objection-handling techniquesCapable to communicate complex concepts to customers in simple termsAble to travel >50%, domestic and international travel.Must be physically able to climb onto structures and stairs in industrial plants and mines.College degree or equivalent experience.
