We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Toddler Teacher to join our team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners.

Position Summary:

The Toddler Teacher will provide attentive, loving care for children ages 12–36 months while guiding them through daily routines and developmental milestones. This role involves implementing our structured curriculum, fostering independence, encouraging social skills, and maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and stimulating classroom for toddlers.
• Implement the Kiddie Academy Life Essentials curriculum to promote growth in language, motor, cognitive, and social-emotional skills.
• Establish and follow consistent classroom routines that support learning and positive behavior.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of all children at all times.
• Maintain open, positive communication with parents through daily reports and regular updates.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership team to plan, reflect, and continuously improve classroom practices.
• Track each child's progress, documenting milestones and areas of growth.
• Adhere to state licensing regulations, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• CDA (Child Development Associate) or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (or working toward one).
• Previous experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare or preschool setting strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of child development and classroom management strategies.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• A nurturing, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for early childhood education.
