Duties

  • Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization to meet high standards of cleanliness.
  • Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens efficiently.
  • Execute floor care procedures including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet cleaning to maintain spotless surfaces.
  • Maintain sanitation protocols across all areas by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces with precision.
  • Provide excellent customer service by listening to client needs, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Manage janitorial responsibilities in various settings, including commercial spaces or hospitality environments like hotels.
  • Assist with housekeeping management tasks when required, including inventory checks of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Follow safety guidelines and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients.

Skills

  • Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.
  • Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Competence in laundry handling and basic household chores such as cooking assistance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with janitorial equipment, carpet cleaning tools, and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure no area is overlooked.
