Overview:

Resthave Home, a compassionate Christian care facility, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and promoting a high quality of life through respectful, individualized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication set up, treatments, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and family members to coordinate service plans.
  • Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with state regulations.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
  • Educate residents and families about health management and wellness.
  • Uphold standards of infection control and resident safety.

Qualifications:

  • Current LPN or RN license in Illinois
  • Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach to care
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
