The Role
We are seeking a
Learning & Development Coordinator
to play a hands-on role in the delivery and organisation of a wide range of training programs across the business. This position will act as the
face of the L&D team
, supporting both global virtual and face-to-face learning initiatives.
You'll partner closely with the L&D Manager, HR colleagues, and business leaders to ensure programs run seamlessly and provide employees with the tools they need to grow and succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination & Logistics
- Own scheduling, administration, and vendor management for training programs (leadership, technical, functional, new hire, and analyst training).
- Learning Systems & Tracking
- Maintain and update tracking in Excel; support LMS migration (Workday Learning).
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Be the point of contact for learners, external providers, and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Content & Delivery Support
- Assist with training materials, coordinate external providers, and help deliver both virtual and face-to-face programs.
- Operational Excellence
- Manage Outlook scheduling, monitor attendance, track feedback, and support reporting on program outcomes.
Candidate Profile
- 2+ years' experience in L&D, HR, or a coordination-heavy role.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working in environments going through
change or transformation
. - High emotional intelligence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable in
ambiguous, fast-paced settings
, able to operate independently. - Proficient in Excel;
LMS experience (Workday strongly preferred)
. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
