Now Hiring in Koreatown (Los Angeles): Direct Support Professional / Supported Living Instructor

Pay: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Join our Pasadena Supported Living team as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Support Living Specialist (SLS) Instructor and empower adults with developmental disabilities to live more independently and confidently in their homes and communities.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide hands-on support with daily living skills — cooking, personal care, errands, and light housekeeping
  • Support clients with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
  • Teach and encourage independence, communication, and life skills
  • Keep clear documentation and communicate any updates or concerns
  • Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment

What We're Looking For:

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable individuals
  • Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus — training provided
  • Ability to assist clients with mobility and physical needs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • CPR/First Aid and TB screening (or willing to complete prior to hire)

Schedule & Pay:

  • Full-time positions available — days, evenings, weekends, and overnights
  • $17.50–$18.00/hour depending on experience
  • Overtime and advancement opportunities available
