As a Business Experience Plan & Admin Specialist within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. This position is primarily based in a PNC location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for the line of business initiatives

• Assists with Optimization efforts for respective line of business

• Independently provide data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business portfolios

• Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives

• Communicate effectively with all levels of leadership, inclusive of executives

  • Provides support and assistance for implementation and/or administrative efforts for line of business initiatives. Demonstrates commitment to quality by delivering the CARES model to customers and/or internal partners.
  • Identifies more complex problems and provides advice and resolution in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Partners with other departments or other functional areas in support of line of business initiatives.
  • Independently provides data collection, research and reporting for assigned line of business initiatives.
  • Recommends and delivers best practices and learning plans that meet business objectives.
