As an early childhood lead teacher you will supervise children as they play, learn, sleep, and eat. You will create and teach daily curriculum. Communicate with parents about their child's progress and work with them to ensure a great learning environment is created.

As an Educator you will plan, evaluate and improve the physical environment of the classroom to create opportunities that meet the changing needs of the children we serve.

  • Exhibiting traits of responsibility and attentiveness.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills
  • Possess knowledge of proper childcare techniques and early childhood development theory
  • Capable of applying childhood development theory to everyday activities and curriculum
  • Intentional about building strong partnerships with parents to ensure we are maximizing each child's learning outcomes
  • Keep parents engaged in their child's learning process

Preschool kiddos (3-4 years or 4-5 years old)

Salary Rate: $ $17.00 per hour

Education and Requirements:

Early Childhood Education experience with Colorado Shines Teacher qualifications and credentials. Must have a current PDIS level

CPR and first aid certified.

Up to date on required trainings in the state of Colorado
