The Role

We're seeking a sales-motivated, team-minded, and customer-driven Lighting Sales Representative to join our Doral showroom. You'll help customers choose the right LED lighting solutions, build relationships with contractors and businesses, and drive revenue through excellent service and follow-through.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers; consult on product selections and applications
  • Manage inbound calls, emails, and quotes; follow up to close deals
  • Create accurate orders, coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment, and track deliveries
  • Maintain product knowledge across LED fixtures, drivers, controls, and accessories
  • Build relationships with repeat customers (contractors, designers, builders, retail)
  • Maintain a clean, well-merchandised showroom and contribute to team goals

What You'll Bring

  • 1–3+ years of inside sales or showroom sales (lighting, electrical, or related preferred)
  • Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player mentality with a customer-first approach
  • Comfortable using POS/CRM systems and email for quotes & follow-ups
  • Ability to learn technical specs and explain them clearly to customers
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time, on-site at our Doral location
  • $60,000–$85,000+ annually including commission, based on experience and performance

Pay: $60, $85,000.00 per year
