You will
Respond patrons upon arrival and Food & Beverage needsMaintain a thorough knowledge of available beverages, menus, ingredientsand pricesTurns tickets and any special requests into kitchen/bar in a timely mannerHandle purchasing transactions, including operating cash register and accounting daily sales, receiving payments and issues receipts and change as neededMaintains cleanliness and sanitation at all times including clearing, resets tables, and closing clean-up dutiesIdeally have
Familiarity with state liquor regulations and has verified legal drinking age of patronsPrevious experience in a restaurant settingAbility to manage priorities and workflowExcellent customer service skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAn ability to work on weekends, holidays, and peak business periods Food safety training will be considered a plusWe offer
