Responsibilities

  • Early morning preparation of our famous breakfast buffet and other appealing and nutritious meal options.
  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
  • Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
  • Assist with catering meals as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
  • Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation.
  • Serve meals with attention to detail, ensuring a fine dining experience for all patrons.

Skills

  • Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations.
  • Familiarity with menu planning and catering services is a plus.
  • Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent knife skills and knowledge of food safety regulations are essential.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation.
