Electrical Construction Estimator

Electrical/General Utility Contractor that has been in business since 1986 performing public work specializing in the sewerage pump station, well house, booster station and sewerage & water treatment facility construction and rehabilitation on public projects, based in Somerset County looking for a full-time experienced construction estimator.
An ideal candidate would have experience in Electrical Estimating on small to medium sized projects ($250,000 - $5,000,000) involving rigid galvanized, PVC coated, EMT & PVC conduit up to 4" as well as switchgear, pumps & motors, motor starters/VFDs and control wiring.
Candidates can also be an experienced electrician looking to get out of field work and into estimating.
Knowledge in all aspects of construction such as, site work, building construction, mechanical piping systems & utilities is a plus but not required.
Position includes base salary, retirement plan, health & dental benefits, paid vacation, holiday and sick time.
Requirements:
· Skilled with McCormick Estimating software or willing to be trained.
· Computer Skills
· Detail oriented and organized
· Must be able to work with and communicate with vendors & suppliers
· Ability to handle multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
Able to work in a team environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
