We are currently hiring customer service representatives for our Video Gaming Center and ESports Venue who possess strong computer and IT skills combined with a passion for video gaming.
As a Video Gaming Center & ESports Ambassador, you'll be the face of our brand, warmly welcoming customers with a friendly smile and an upbeat attitude. Your role is essential in creating an inclusive and inviting environment and promoting our center to the broader gaming community.
We operate two locations in Northern Virginia and are seeking team members who can commute within 30 minutes to either site.

Shifts you can apply
Part-Time Shifts
- Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, two or three days from Monday to Sunday
- Evening Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, two or three days from Monday to Sunday
Full-Time Weekday Schedule
- Weekday Day Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday
- Weekday Evening Shift: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday
- The schedule is fixed weekly, and shifts are consecutive from Monday through Friday. New team members will start as part-time employees and may transition to full-time shifts based on proven work performance.
- To qualify for a management role, a track record of full-time employment is required.

Customer Service Representative
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and PC games.
- A month probationary period for positions.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Capable of providing friendly and efficient counter-customer service.
- Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks and drug tests, and have a valid driver's license.
- Minimum qualification: Must be currently enrolled in or a graduate of a community college or a four-year university.
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
Duties
- Welcoming customers with a bright smile and positive energy.
- Efficient operation of the POS system and counter service.
- Guiding customers to computer stations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of stations and the store.
- Providing basic tech support for hardware, software, and gaming issues.
Compensation
- $15 for a month probationary period.
- $18 per hour after the probationary period.
- $1 increases every 12 months.
Note: The three-day basic training is compensated at Virginia's minimum hourly labor rate.

This is because management team members at the esports center are trained to efficiently manage IT infrastructure, including numerous gaming computers, while developing the skills necessary to perform such tasks effectively.
You may also have the opportunity to join our headquarters' IT team as an IT Technician. If you decide to pursue a career at another IT company, our General Manager will actively support you with job recommendations to help you succeed in your IT career.
However, please keep in mind that entry-level IT certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Server+, and Network+) are often required when applying for IT positions, either within our company or elsewhere. Obtaining these certifications will require your personal effort and dedication.

Q1: What is an ESports Center?
A: ESports stands for Electronic Sports. Much like traditional sports like soccer or golf, the games people enjoy on computers can provide an environment for people to compete and see who is best. The Esport appeal is that you can have fun regardless of place, time, and weather conditions. Alternatively, it could be called an ESports arena, PC Gaming Center, or LAN Center.
Q2: How many people usually work at the store?
A: 1~2 staff work at the store at any one time. It may differ depending on each store and shift circumstance. In addition, there are technicians at HQ to provide tech support and managers for general support, either on-site or remotely.
Q3: I have yet to gain experience in an ESports center business as an employee. Could I expect successful training?
A: We need a person who loves and enjoys playing games, knowing computers, and helping others. If you are a person who can fulfill those, then that will be perfect. For all the other things that you may not know how to do, please do not worry because we have a well-qualified guidebook for new employees and expert and experienced managers to work with you as your trainer to begin working smoothly. However, we require basic knowledge of computer h/w and s/w because this is a business dealing with many gaming PCs.
