What You'll Do:

As the leader of our housekeeping team, you'll ensure our community shines—literally and figuratively.

  • Lead and inspire a team of housekeepers, laundry attendants, and floor technicians.
  • Create daily schedules and assign tasks with efficiency and fairness.
  • Ensure top-tier cleanliness and sanitation standards for residents, guests, and team members.
  • Support hiring and onboarding, and help build a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate special event setups and breakdowns, keeping everything spotless and seamless.
  • Champion safety protocols and infection control measures.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and respect across departments.

Requirements
What You Bring:
  • Prior supervisory experience in housekeeping or environmental services (10+ years preferred).
  • Experience in upscale or hospitality environments is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • A heart for service and a mind for leadership.
