We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts to support our financial planning and analysis, modeling and accounting activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling to provide insights for decision-making

· Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support

· Develop financial reports, projections and presentations for senior management

· Communicate findings to executive leadership through standard and excel reports

· Evaluate current and previous financial data

· Collaborate with business leaders to assist in budgeting, variance analysis and strategic planning processes

· Utilize systems and tools for data extraction, manipulation and analysis

· Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as required

Experience/Qualifications:

· 1-5 years of previous relevant work experience in Finance is preferred, or business intelligence, analysis, or another closely related field

· Mastery/Advanced EXCEL hands-on experience including (Pivot Tables and Pivot Reporting, VLOOKUP, Macros, Tables and Query, Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards.)

· Understanding of corporate finance practices and valuation techniques

· Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting

· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

· Analytical with strong attention to details

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Team player

Training/Education:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, business management, math, accounting or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.

· Accounting/Finance background/graduates are HIGHLY preferred

· Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70, $90,000.00 per year
