- Design and deliver training materials and sessions for planners, project managers, superintendents, and schedulers; define proficiency levels and certify schedule owners.
- Establish and run schedule governance processes, including baseline approvals, change control for schedule revisions, and schedule health KPIs.
- Perform regular schedule audits and health checks across regions; develop remediation plans and support on-site turnarounds when schedule performance is at risk.
- Work with Master Electricians, field leadership, and HR to confirm resource availability, skill assumptions, and schedule-related compliance for electrical and trade work.
- Support month-end and project forecasting by validating schedule inputs, critical path integrity, and earned progress against planned milestones.
- Mentor and coach junior schedulers and planners; build bench strength in the Project Controls team.
- Coordinate with IT and systems teams to optimize scheduling tools, integrations (P6, MS Project, HCSS, or similar), and reporting dashboards.
Required Qualifications

- Proven track record creating, defending, and auditing complex, resource- and cost-loaded schedules.
- Experience developing SOPs, training programs, and governance frameworks for schedule management.
- Excellent technical writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel to job sites and work collaboratively with field leadership and trade partners.
