What You'll Be Doing

• Mow, trim, and maintain properties with precision and pride
• Operate commercial mowers and trimmers safely and efficiently
• Learn through structured online and field training

Your Growth Path

Start as a Lawn Care Technician ($20–$25/hr), master your craft, and move up to Crew Leader (running your own crew). From there, top performers can advance to Superintendent (SI) — leading multiple crews and shaping how the division runs.

Who You Are

• 1+ year of mowing or landscape experience preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and open to feedback
• Takes pride in a clean cut, sharp edge, and perfect finish

• Learn through structured online and field training
