Position Overview

We're looking for Mobile Marine Repair Technicians to join our Palm Beach Gardens team.

Experienced marine technicians are encouraged to apply, but we also welcome entry-level candidates with hands-on boating or yachting experience and a strong desire to learn.This is a field-based, hands-on role focused on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of onboard systems — including mechanical, electrical (AC/DC), plumbing, and hydraulics.If you take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy solving problems, and thrive around boats, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform field service, maintenance, and repair of marine mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Complete service reports and communicate findings clearly to management and customers.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and integrity.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.

Preferred Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in marine service, yacht maintenance, or related technical trades — or strong hands-on boating/yachting experience with the motivation to learn.
  • Proficiency with AC/DC electrical systems, pumps, plumbing, and engines.
  • Experience with sanitation systems (Sealand VacuFlush) a plus.
  • Familiarity with hydraulics, electronics, and rigging preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in marine environments.
  • Clear, professional communication and customer-friendly mindset.
  • Solid work history — we value steady, long-term team members.
  • Local to or willing to relocate to Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
