Description
As a Senior HRIS Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in the implementation, optimization, and support of 's HR technology landscape. You will collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, C&B, IT, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into system requirements, and manage projects to deliver effective HR tech solutions. This role involves both the analytical aspects of understanding business processes and system capabilities, as well as the project management skills to drive successful implementations and improvements.

About The Role

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for People technology solutions.
  • Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement through technology.
  • Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new HR systems and modules.
  • Manage HRIS projects, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Configure and maintain HR systems, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Develop and execute test plans for system implementations and upgrades.
  • Support system integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications.
  • Contribute to the automation of HR workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and provide training to system users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors, Comeet, Glint etc.)
  • Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus
  • Understanding of HR processes and the application of technology to improve them
  • Experience with system implementations, upgrades, or enhancements
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines and communicate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting concepts
  • Experience in a fast-growing organization is a plus

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate's skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
