Do you want to be a part of building something great? Our client + Engineers is seeking an engaged Project Architect to join our growing team. Architects at Our client lead projects, interface directly with clients and work on a fast-paced project team.

Our client + Engineers is a mid-size architecture and engineering firm located in Cleveland, OH, with projects locally and in all 50 states. We are a passionate team over 40 designers, architects and engineers dedicated to creating innovative solutions while being stewards of our client's ambitions and resources.

Responsibilities:

· As a technical project lead, we expect this candidate to excel at ground up projects, industrial and other complex project types.

· Work as part of a multi-disciplinary project team including in-house designers and engineers.

· Architects at our client are expected to lead their own projects from schematic design through completion and grow to understand all aspects of project delivery.

· Contribute toward the collaborative environment at Our client by participating in job huddles, career mentorship and collaboration with other Interior Designers, Architect and MEP engineers at our client.

· Contribute toward Quality Assurance and Quality Control at our client. Work with senior staff and mentor younger staff in quality project delivery.

· Seeking leaders, who will contribute toward the culture and project quality at our client.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in architecture, and Preferred master's degree in architecture.

· 8-10 years' experience working as an architectural designer or architect.

· Licensed Architect, or in process of testing for licensure.

· AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.

· Technical experience detailing and developing construction drawings.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
