ABOUT THE JOB:

Iro Dental is a brand new state-of-the-art, private, general dentistry practice based in Chelsea, Manhattan.

We are currently seeking a full-time front desk concierge/patient coordinator to elevate hospitality and making patients' dental experience enjoyable and something they look forward to This takes commitment, collaboration and creativity No previous work experience is required, but being organized and obsessive to details are

Our employees are extremely friendly, talented, and system-oriented. Must exuberate a can do attitude The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, YOU:

  • Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service (having great empathy towards patients' needs and concerns).
  • Able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance and managing patient records.
  • Willing and able to demonstrate your ability to abide by the practice's protocols for patient care and confidentiality, and always lending a helping hand.

  • Thorough, detailed, extremely organized and committed to performing at the highest level.
  • Can do attitude ALWAYS.
  • Great with numbers.
  • Prompt and punctual.

$22-34 per hour (dependent on experience; if no prior experience, hourly rate will increase as new skills are mastered) + benefits.
