What You Will Be Doing:
We build products for the people who build our world. It is important work. We love it and we want you to as well. Your key responsibilities will be:
- Interacting directly with customers to understand what they are really asking for
- Collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to define the product roadmap
- Prioritizing and defining new features and product improvements based on business goals and customer needs
- Partnering daily with user experience and product engineering to design and build features that customers love
- Writing release notes that help others understand the impact of new features and how to market, sell, and support them exceptionally well
- Leading cross-functionally to coordinate on-time launches
- Measuring and improving product adoption, usage, and satisfaction
Must Haves/Competencies:
- A true passionate for technology and product building
- Ability to think strategically about your products and still be crystal clear about the details
- Action-oriented with a nagging drive to ship
- Care for customers and appreciation that feedback is a gift
- Eye for design and lovable user experiences
- 5+ years as a product manager a growing SaaS company
- Proven success delivering exceptional product launches again and again
- Driven meaningful product and business growth
- Worked collaboratively with teams across the company to drive product success
