Support therapists' daily patient care and therapy activities.Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and caregivers.Collaborate with the healthcare team to maintain patient safety and deliver patient-centered treatment.Prepare and transport patients according to the patient schedule.Communicate to therapists on outcomes/observations of patient care activities.Qualifications
License/Certification: CPR certification preferred (unless hospital policy requires otherwise).Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Has completed elements required for clinical ladder Rehab Tech I or equivalent training in school or on-the-job training.The Encompass Health Way
